National Science Day 2024
The National Science Day Celebration at Dr. G.S. Kalyanasundaram Memorial School was a success, with students from various grades participating in several activities. The event began with a warm welcome from Ms. Geo Ponnie of Grade XI, who emphasized the importance of science in shaping our future.
The chief guest was Ms P. Rama, a distinguished Head Mistress from Panchayat Union Middle School, Chozhan Maligai. The event also featured a skit titled "Periodic Table" by students from grades 6-8, a group discussion on "Scientific findings in 2023," and a quiz competition for various grades (3 to 9, 11).
The winners were awarded with prizes. Students from grades 3-8 displayed models using low-cost materials. The event was a resounding success, inspiring students to embrace the wonders of science and embark on a journey of exploration and discovery.
